2. Provide us with your artwork

Please give an accurate description of how you want your artwork to appear on the bag.

Include artwork size in relation to the bag size (as a % or in H x W cm for example).

You will need to provide us with the artwork you want on the bag in an electronic format. EPS (encapsulated post script) is the highest quality. But, as EPS is generated by a graphic art program, many  businesses don't have their art in this format.

We can also use artwork from PDF or JPG files, but these must be high-resolution of at least 180dpi, however 300dpi is ideal.

We can re-create poorer quality artwork at a reasonable hourly rate, but generally we don't create original artwork. We can, however, create words and numbers if you provide the font name.

Your print design can be in any PMS colour of your choice, or from our selection of 30 colours if you have no PMS code available. Please specify your choice with your artwork.

3. Pay 40% deposit invoice

We will send a 40% deposit invoice before we proceed with the manufacture of a pre-production sample. We do not proceed with the sample without this deposit , so prompt payment means quicker delivery.

T/T is the quickest and most efficient method of payment.

It is best to allow at least 1-2 weeks from time of artwork approval for a pre-production sample to be delivered to you. Once you approve this sample, allow at least 3-6 weeks for final delivery.

Final payment is required within seven days from final delivery.

4. Approve your PDF proof

According to your instructions, we place your artwork onto a PDF template of your bag style and send it to you via email.

We need your approval via return email before we proceed with the manufacture of a pre-production sample.

Please ensure that the PDF proof is exactly how you want the finished bag to look as changes to the pre-production sample will incur a new plate fee of $180, and another sample may need to be proofed adding at least 2-3 weeks to the delivery time.

5. Approve your pre-production sample or JPG photos

2-3 weeks after PDF proof approval and before the order proceeds in full, you will receive a manufactured sample of your bag.

Please provide us with the address you would like your sample sent to. We will advise you via email when your sample is due to arrive.

Check the sample against the PDF proof and approve via return email. We will then proceed with full production.

Changes to artwork after the receipt of a pre-production sample will incur a $180 new plate fee.

6. Delivery

Delivery of goods is invoiced at cost. Delivery costs vary according to quantity, style, and your proximity to a city and we can estimate delivery costs if you provide us with the details. You can arrange for your own pick-up if you prefer, but please inform us well before final delivery.

Your bags should arrive within six to eight weeks from approval of the sample. Lead times can vary and are dependant on delivery location, logistics and the time of year.
Allow an extra 2 weeks for your delivery in the months leading into Christmas and late May through early August.

You may wish to save one or two weeks by replacing the pre-production sample with some jpg photo files of the completed sample. These photos show your manufactured bag with front and back and close ups of the artwork. Please provide all approvals quickly for quickest delivery.

We do all we can to make tight delivery deadlines, but do not accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control. Weather, logistics and customs can add a week or 10 days to a delivery time.

Delivery times vary. So ask us for honest advice as to whether a time-frame is realistic.
Having your artwork available, promptly approving all proofs and paying your deposit promptly speeds up the order considerably.
